A2 Hosting still has not fixed the Database after their servers failed AGAIN. A2 Hosting is the WORST!
Because of this, new posts are currently missing and I can only HOPE they eventually recover the table they didn't restore after their latest failure.

Help Has Arrived!

Saturday evening, mom and dad arrived.  Dad and I are already making great progress.

Before they arrived however, I managed to get quite a bit further than we thought I would by myself.  Including completing the base, getting the first long wall fully framed, finished, painted and knocked with a sledge hammer over to its position. Framed the second long wall.  And Saturday morning I got that put up in place and the third wall framed and in place.  (The fourth wall will have some question on framing depending on if we can figure out how to use the non-sliding portions of two glass doors for a double-sliding door there.)

I thought I might be further along, but the afternoon weather has been holding me up almost every day.

In any case... this is where I was when mom and dad arrived.....

A lot more pictures of my own progress will follow in another post, but I have been forgetting to get many pictures of dad and my combined progress... just charging forth with building.

Should have all or most of the roofing up and done today.  But that means I gotta go get busy!

I just know how happy you are to have your mom and dad visiting.  Also the help to finish a very big project.  So much going on and it sure looks impressive.
Don't forget to send out a TinkerT, mom & dad picture for our (my) picture scrap book.
Have a great time.
I can see now that the shed doesn't join and share the sliding doors with the house. Don't know where I got the idea that it did.

Actually it will share one of the sliding doors to the house.  It will have a foam gasket pressed against the trim of the door so no weather gets through and I can have the door open or closed depending on what I am doing.
