A2 Hosting still has not fixed the Database after their servers failed AGAIN. A2 Hosting is the WORST!
Because of this, new posts are currently missing and I can only HOPE they eventually recover the table they didn't restore after their latest failure.

A beautiful day for outside.

While we have had a few very sunny mornings or evenings, the irritating wind has crossed paths with the sun almost every time, making for very few truly perfect days so far this spring.  Of course, here in the mountains, it isn't really spring until mother's day... so I am taking the warm days as they come and trying to make the most out of the ones that are not windy as well.

Today... is... that day.  Perfect sun and only a very light breeze to keep things nice.  The mountain side is alive with the sounds of... well... hammering, sawing, chopping, thumping, and engines.  And it isn't even me!  Everyone is trying to make the most of the brilliant day and get to projects that have sat idle all winter.

For a city, the noise would not even be noticed, but out here it is the equivalent of a full-out riot.

For my part, the only noise I have made today has been some light sewing to make covers for the swing seat.  It has been getting very sun-damaged over the winters and I had some spare water-proof nylon that makes for great sun protection, though it also makes the seat a bit hotter.

Earlier this week the weather wasn't quite so nice, but I have been still getting a few things done.  Spring cleaning.  (Yeah... my favorite thing as everyone knows.)  Unfortunately, cleaning still consists mostly of moving big boxes and tuppers of junk from one area to another.  However, I am pleased to say that with the new little workshop, about 1/4 of each disaster area has been moved to the shop.  About 1/4 more got thrown away.  That leaves about 1/2 of each disaster getting moved to another area while I clean around and under it all... but even that is a serious improvement.

I was too horrified to take "before" pictures, and sadly the "after" pictures are still pretty daunting.  But at least it is clean underneath the mess again.

That sky is so blue. Sunshine with no wind is definitely a get out side motivator. I wanted to get out and do some work however my stomach decided to be sick most of the night and still too queasy for food. I have managed to sleep many hours today. Probably just what I needed and Bob didn't have to sau a word.
Like the cover for your swing. You are so good at doing stuff like that.
