My great work shoes from Colombia flex enough to easily grip the rungs, but are more resiliently padded than any other shoes I have. Still, I am almost looking forward to being up on the super tall ladder with flatter steps instead. And with some progress over the last week or two, I will soon be up there again. ... |

A while back I had gone in to the doctor for an assortment of things, and one of the things was pain in my left heel that would not go away since back in September and kept hurting worse and worse if I walked or stood much at all. It hurt a lot in the back of the heel and doc suspected tendinitis. Which… it was… cause I used the anti-inflammatory ointment and did exercises and the back-of-the-heel pain went away after several weeks. However, with that pain gone, I realized I got the tendinitis from unconsciously ... |

They were just too much work when leaves would die off for no reason 2 to 3 times a year. I have started new hoya and some real philodendron plants to replace them, but it is a barren shock each time I go in the kitchen for now.
